Need to use directly on shops

I currently have last purchased, last engaged, product interest tagging, abandoned cart and the popups and sign up forms. Are there any other core automation and triggers that I should be using and how should I take advantage of the ones I am using to the fullest?

This would be helpful, like after an event where we had several email communications go out. We would have liked to see a hubspot score for the six weeks we communicated with our marketing contacts.
