I like how Zinc makes reference and background checking super efficient, ensuring all the necessary checks are done without us having to chase anything down. It's great that Zinc updates me throughout the process and flags any issues early, which is super helpful. I really like that it's integrated with our ATS, because it makes everything quick and easy. The requests dashboard is awesome for keeping track of where checks are up to, and I find the insights & analytics tool helpful for breaking down our data, like the average turnaround time. The excellent communication from Zinc and our account manager makes a big difference too. It was very easy to set up, thanks to a call with our account manager who walked us through everything.

I find the system incredibly easy to use and straightforward to navigate. It efficiently provides all the key information required to meet our compliance and employment standards across the business. Zinc saves us a significant amount of time, allowing us to focus on other valuable activities and priorities while ensuring essential checks are completed effectively.

The support is generally very good, from Account Manager through to support team on live chat. I'm also appreciative that all my feedback is genuinely considered and the Zinc team will always make every attempt at implementing solutions based on my feedback. The new AI chatbot is very easy to use with an improved layout and features, and navigating the platform as a whole is extremely intuitive.
