It’s really easy to use. It makes collecting RTW checks (and similar items) much simpler, and it cuts down on the annoying back-and-forth.

Efficiency, availability, and easy to navigate

I use Zinc for background checks, and it helps me automate the screening of new employees, which is really useful. I like the ease of use and how well it integrates into our ATS and HRIS. It simplifies our process since we can just add a new hire into our onboarding process, and it automatically links with Zinc and then uploads to HiBob once complete. The initial setup of Zinc was super easy, and we are really happy with the product overall.
