The system is so easy to cutomize to make it our own. We are able to add fields that make sense to us and to organize and display the documents on a business-branded page. New employees find it extremely helpful to find information for the onboarding process and have even commented that "this is the most organized documentation that they have seen in any of the companies they have worked for". As an adminstrator there are many elements available to me to automate tasks, follow-up, and analyze data. The customer support and customer success teams are amazing and respond right away to help out with whatever is needed. I love Zavanta and highly recommend it for anyone that wants to get all of their company's process documents organized and in one place.
