I am a freelance consultant who supports the Comprose team. They use Zavanta for their own procedures which makes it really easy for a new person jumping into a project. It’s so easy to search and find what you need. I have several documents that I frequently use, this saves time and are added to my favorites. They have SOPs for standardizing payment and invoicing process. I have written several procedures and it’s easy to create authoring templates. This reduces inconsistent structure and greatly improves readability. They link procedures inside of Salesforce for faster access. The system automates the approval process for leadership through workflows that used to be ad hoc, inconsistent relying on manual memory If I run into a problem with Zavanta I just email customer support and a highly trained support tech responses in a timely manner. As a consultant, I’ve worked with many different organizations and have observed how companies get the work done. I’ve never seen anything so organized! Most of my clients are more reactive and the Comprose team is proactive.
