Essentially, it connects apps you might use and enables them to communicate with each other so repetitive processes could be automated, thus saving a lot of time. The best thing about Zapier is the time and effort that it saves. Instead of going through repetitive tasks all day long, it automates them, so the user doesn’t need to put any effort into them at all. Additionally, the app is very useful in business settings, as it allows you to automate such things as forms, emails, spreadsheets, CRM, calendar appointments, project management, and notifications without needing a personalized software solution created from scratch.
