I find Willo Video Interviewing easy to use with an intuitive UI. It streamlines the process by allowing me to review a batch of candidates and view transcripts, as well as pause and rewind when needed. The platform didn't require any time to learn and managed the organizational work for me. The setup was super easy, making the overall experience very smooth.

Very easy and convenient to use, both in terms of creating the interviews and also sharing the submissions with others. We started using Willo for internship positions and entry-level positions, but now we are using it for senior level positions, including our recent CFO role.

Before using Willo, our phone screens typically lasted 20 to 30 minutes, and sometimes stretched to 30 or even 45 minutes when candidates had difficulty being concise. After these calls, interviewers would write up feedback for the rest of the hiring team to review.
