I like how Whale makes all the SOPs formalized with standard formatting and serves as a central point for team members to look for SOPs. It's easy to use and search, thanks to its really quick AI mode. The easy login using SSO via Google is great, letting me use one login for all different applications. The AI search mode is helpful for finding any SOP among hundreds of thousands of documents. Also, the support team is really helpful in implementing any suggestions we might have.

Whale is very easy to use in my everyday workflow. I love having the extension right there in my browser, because it’s always accessible whenever I need it. The AI built into Whale is also helpful for finding whatever resources I’m looking for.
