I really like how simple and organized Whale is. The easy-to-use knowledge base and quick access to information are great, making it useful for day-to-day work. I also appreciate the ability to document and standardize processes, which gives our team a clear and consistent way of working. It's helpful for quickly finding what I need without searching through multiple sources and reduces confusion, making it easier for new team members to learn processes. Additionally, I find it easy to set up, as it was no task at all, and Whale works well alongside other tools we use.

The integration of inbuild ai and use of copilot. The depth of product knowledge that is available, and easy search options. has a pretty fast search result,

Very informative & user friendly. Whale makes knowledge sharing and documentation simple and accessible.
