I find Whale easy to use, and I'm excited about its huge potential moving forward. The initial setup seemed quite simple, making it user-friendly from the start. It's effective for searching documented processes and watching monthly meetings, which streamlines information access for employees. Instead of needing to ask several people or managers, having a single resource for documented processes is a significant convenience. After switching from SharePoint, where the interface was challenging to navigate, Whale has been a refreshing change.

I like being able to quickly capture a form or process walkthrough and gather the information I need to prepare a clear video or step-by-step guide.

The interface is very intuitive to use. The Customer Service is also next level, making the adoption extremely easy
