I love that I can tell Viktor.com what I want it to do in normal language, and then it just goes off and starts working on its own. The integrations that I have set up are great and I had full control over what access was given. I also love that their support is so responsive and that they actually pay attention to the customers. It was very easy to set up. I even asked it how to run more efficiently and save me money, and it gave great advice specific to my use case.

The most helpful thing about Viktor is that it actually executes — it's not a chatbot that gives you ideas you still have to implement yourself.
