Head Of Customer OperationsSmall-Business (50 or fewer emp.)Be careful. This reads all of your data even if you do not give it access to all the channels.
It was smooth and easy to start using, which is the biggest advantage

how well it seems to be able to do just about everything I ask it to do - execution is better from chat alone than other models

Senior Software EngineerSmall-Business (50 or fewer emp.)Effortless Setup with Seamless Integration
I find Viktor.com very responsive, both the bot and the Customer Service. It's been easier to describe the graphics I want, and then communicate that to Higgsfield. The entire team is aware of the results and can provide feedback. Viktor.com already has connections for all the tools I need to integrate, saving me days of work. This exposure to other tools is also giving me new ideas. The initial setup was extremely easy, a solid 10 out of 10. We switched from OpenClaw because Viktor.com was ready to go right out of the box, making the transition smoother and quicker.
