I think the biggest thing is that it is right there, in Slack, with your full business context, and knowledge and skills are shared across the team. It is ridiculously easy to get started. Basically just sign in via Slack and that's it. Viktor will take you from there. While it does make mistakes (it is just AI, after all), I've been able to accomplish so much more than without it, even when you count the time fixing issues. There are *tons* of integrations, and Viktor can build his own if one does not exist already. I think the pricing is fair, especially given the amount of infrastructure behind it all. You can choose your model easily via the dashboard, and they have the latest models available within hours of release. And did I mention the Slack community? Besides all the help and support from the team, they are open to complaints and feature requests and are usually very quick to improve Viktor based on that feedback.

Best assistant I've ever had – increases my bandwidth by 3x. Slack UX is simple and effective. 3k+ integrations makes it easier to use than claude. performance is great, pricing is ok (though I use more than I want to, though the ROI is worth it). Love that I can bring my own AI.

I really like the autonomy that Viktor.com has. I can give it a task, and it will go away and perform that task and give me some sort of output that isn't just text. This setup is really easy, and with the integrations, Viktor can communicate flawlessly between apps. I've found that using Viktor.com just boosts productivity because it behaves more like an employee rather than just a prompt tool.
