As we approach our fifth anniversary as a UserGems client it is a great time to share with others what a fantastic resource UserGems is. Our Account Executives appreciate the leads as these are former users who have moved to a different organization that is not a current client. It sounds so simple and it works! We have sales every week from these leads. UserGems also provides additional contacts for opportunities that we are already working and this multi-threading has been beneficial. We have also set up target accounts and UserGems notifies us when a new person is promoted or hired into a position that we would want to reach out to. If you have users that move to another organization and you believe they would be a good prospect then you must have UserGems!

I like that Usergems is able to find alternative contacts for companies, which brings down the amount of time that I am needing to research online myself.
