The ability to customize rule, alerts and workflows without engineering support is a game changer! It also integrates well with other systems, it's very easy to navigate and it allows us to adapt quickly to emerging risk, as it supports real time monitoring. My team can monitor alerts in real time, manage cases and escalate easily, all within the platform.
