The most helpful is that the folks at Ultatel took the time to make sure our current desktop phones transferred over to the new system. Then they made sure everything looked right. Each and every questions was answered and done so promptly.

The incredible personalities and helpful nature of the team members I've dealt with from the beginning. From Alex, the Account Manager, to the onboarding team with Peter and from the start the process has been easy. There were some minor hurdles along the way but the team made me feel 100% that they were in control and had this. The pricing is much better than we were paying. Their dedicated non-profit structure is to be commended. The app is awesome. 24/7 Customer Support line is a game changer! There are a number of features we haven't signed up for, but we can already see ourselves integrating down the road.
