I really like the huge collection of courses that Udemy Business provides. It's great being able to create learning plans and assign courses to my team members, and I can check the learning engagement from my team and encourage them to learn more. As a manager, it helps me engage my team effectively. The continuous addition of newer courses ensures that the learning topics are always up-to-date. Personally, it provides me with so much to learn which is really valuable.
