The thing that stands out most is the breadth-plus-currency combination. Because the catalog is built from a huge marketplace of independent instructors, tooling and platform topics show up there faster than in traditionally authored corporate libraries, where a course has to be commissioned, scripted, and produced. If someone needs a working introduction to a tool that shipped eighteen months ago, Udemy usually has something, and often several options at different depths.

I like the variety of courses that Udemy Business offers, as it meets everybody's needs or wants. It's helpful that everyone can go to the same site to track what they're doing. I also appreciate that it allows people to select courses based on their team's needs, whether for professional development or technical skills like those related to Microsoft. The website's easy navigation is another plus, as it reduces stress for our employees, making it simpler for them to find what they need.
