One of the biggest advantages for us has been how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. Employees were able to jump in and start learning right away without needing much guidance, which made rollout across our team much smoother than we expected. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so people spend their time actually learning rather than trying to figure out how the platform works. This ease of use translated directly into time savings on employee training. Instead of coordinating in-person sessions or building out training materials from scratch, we could point employees to relevant courses and let them learn at their own pace.
