Streamlined Assessments, Needs Better Mobile Scanning

I like how transparent and structured the feedback process is with Gradescope. The page mapping feature is great because it lets me select which pages belong to which questions when uploading my work, giving me assurance that nothing is missed or marked incorrectly. The special rubric feedback is invaluable as it breaks down each point lost or earned into specific criteria, so I know exactly what went right or wrong in my assessment. Additionally, it makes the evaluation of technical assessments much easier, with a simple interface for uploading work and ensuring my answers are correctly aligned. The straightforward regrade process helps if there’s a grading issue by quickly contacting the instructor without long waits. I also appreciate the ease of the initial setup, which took just 5 minutes without any heavy downloads.

Streamlined Grading, Consistent Results

I really like how Gradescope simplifies the grading workflow. It makes it easy to grade by question and reuse rubrics, which helps in maintaining consistency, especially with a large number of submissions. The ability to add feedback directly to the work is great, so students can see exactly where they lost points without having to explain separately. It saves time by keeping the grading process organized and allows us to manage everything in one place instead of using spreadsheets. The combination of Gradescope with our LMS works well, preventing us from handling grading entirely through the LMS.
