Effective for Organic Reviews, But Pricey

I use Trustpilot for organic reviews. It allows reviews to be shared and provides good SEO for those searching for feedback on our company. I like that it features recognized brands and makes it easy to leave reviews. The initial setup was relatively easy.

I love how Trustpilot helps build trust by allowing people to read real users' reviews and share honest feedback. It's great for internal moderation, helping us identify areas for improvement and recognizing where we're excelling. I really like that it's easy for customers to sign up and leave a review. Also, the filtering system is very helpful for keeping track of one-star reviews, and email notifications alert us quickly, helping us address issues promptly. The integration with Slack is valuable too, allowing the whole company to stay updated and helping us put things right swiftly.
