I mainly use Trustpilot before trying a new product or service because reading real customer experiences helps me avoid bad purchases. The platform is simple to use, reviews are easy to browse, and I can quickly understand both the positive and negative points of a company. I also like that businesses can reply to reviews, which gives a better picture of how they handle customer issues. It has become one of the first places I check whenever I want to make a more confident buying decision
