We have been able to leverage TriNet for better and cheaper rates for health, vision, and dental benefits, along with managing a 401(k) at a company size that typically makes such management unfeasible. This comprehensive package makes attracting higher-level employees with expectations of superior health and retirement benefits far more feasible. Trinet also works hard to continually keep their platform refreshed and modern, with improvements rolling out frequently.

I like the easy-to-use UI. It's clean and easy to navigate. I also like the flexibility of how benefit enrollment works. The benefit enrollment process is the simplest and most straightforward I've experienced. I'm able to easily compare options between different benefits. TriNet PEO offers a variety of healthcare benefit options, and it makes it easy to compare and contrast all of the different plans.
