What I like best about Tremendous is the combination of global payout flexibility, fast execution, reliable automation, strong operational ROI, and the way it supports higher-volume payout workflows. For our use case, the biggest value is being able to offer recipients multiple payout options across different countries, including bank transfers, virtual cards, and digital gift cards. That flexibility makes the experience easier for participants because they can choose the payout method that works best for them locally. Tremendous also performs well from a speed and reliability perspective. Once the payout flow is configured, sending rewards is quick, consistent, and much easier than coordinating payments manually. It is especially useful when handling heavier workloads, such as larger batches of incentives, research participant payments, bonuses, or recurring reward programs, because the process remains structured and manageable instead of becoming operationally messy. The integration experience has also been strong. Tremendous fits well into automated workflows, especially when payouts need to be triggered after a specific milestone, approval step, research completion, or internal incentive event. I love the flexibility of being able to send rewards to my clients, regardless of where they are and giving them the option to choose from whatever they feel is better for them in terms of rewards for their loyalty. The process to get the reward is simple both for me when I purchased a reward as well as a person receiving the reward, making it a seamless experience without too much hassle. The ability to keep credit on the account to send us rewards to our loyal. Customers is very simple the ability to add credit with bank account or credit card and the flexibility offers. Give us an easy way to top up our account without too much hassle. Being able to customize different emails based on who we’re sending the reward to and having different branding as well as verbiage aimed at the specific client we’re wishing to reward is also helpful. We don’t need to create an email each time we’re going to send a reward. The fact that we can track the spend and the amount of rewards we’ve sent and create customized reporting allowing us to see our spend and rewards sent is also a great feature that we love at Mozio. Ever since we implemented Tremendous for our different loyalty campaigns, we've been able to grow our marketshare by 10% which is a huge ROI for us.
