It didn't take me ages to figure out the steps on how to get started; I personally like being able to edit the campaign details, create templates, customize content for the chosen recipients. 4. The customer service officer who reached out to me (Isaac) provided stellar resolution. He even gave me more than a couple viable options depending on my preferred outcome. 5. As soon as I chose my preferred solution, the customer service officer immediately applied the changes, hence making my 2 other colleagues happy with the outcome. 6. They added a feature that enables you to "auto-add" new gift cards in the catalog. 7. The 'Recipients' section allows you to choose the amount and currency you wish to grant upon your chosen recipients. 8. The names and emails of your repeat recipients auto-populate when entered, lessening the time it takes to retrieve those information. 9. Transparency — they immediately tell whether or not the product you chose comes with additional charges.

What I like best about Tremendous is the combination of global payout flexibility, fast execution, reliable automation, strong operational ROI, and the way it supports higher-volume payout workflows. For our use case, the biggest value is being able to offer recipients multiple payout options across different countries, including bank transfers, virtual cards, and digital gift cards. That flexibility makes the experience easier for participants because they can choose the payout method that works best for them locally. Tremendous also performs well from a speed and reliability perspective. Once the payout flow is configured, sending rewards is quick, consistent, and much easier than coordinating payments manually. It is especially useful when handling heavier workloads, such as larger batches of incentives, research participant payments, bonuses, or recurring reward programs, because the process remains structured and manageable instead of becoming operationally messy. The integration experience has also been strong. Tremendous fits well into automated workflows, especially when payouts need to be triggered after a specific milestone, approval step, research completion, or internal incentive event. The API and documentation made it relatively easy to connect payout logic into our internal processes, which reduces manual work, lowers the risk of errors, and saves time for the team. From a pricing and ROI perspective, the value is clear because Tremendous reduces the operational overhead that would otherwise come from managing international payouts manually.
