Customer Service and Technical Support Team Excellence

|Totara Learn
The Support Desk triage tickets very quickly and efficiently. The support team who then reach out have been, without fail, generous and supportive with their knowledge, not to mention patient when required. They explain things clearly and never make a question feel stupid. The system itself is relatively easy to use and the training provided at implementation is comprehensive indeed.
