You can prepare an onboarding process for all newcomers, as well as create blended learning programmes or face to face meetings. They also have many other solutions for organizing better learning processes. The notifications can help learners remember important sessions, which improves attendance and participation. The last thing I want to say is the reports for HR and managers are easy to understand and useful. I'd highly recommend this product for any business that wants to deliver training and education.

Totara Learn is a cost-effective product, and its versatility has served us very well since 2014. We use it to launch courseware and to document completed face-to-face and on-the-job training. The User-friendly interface is complimented by the online resources available. On the rare occasions we've needed it, customer support has been excellent. We use it as our organization's go-to tool for learning and performance improvement resources. It easily interfaces with third-party sites like LinkedIn Learning. The HRImport feature accepts imports from our HRIS, ensuring we do not have another place where we must enter employee demographics. As a good steward of my company's resources, I have looked at other products. None come close to offering what Totara Learn has. Highly recommend!
