Raise handles a significant volume of payments, and Tipalti makes that volume manageable by centralizing everything in one place. Features like the payment ID and reference code have been useful in tracking payments for audit purposes. Being able to bulk upload payments via CSV and sync directly with Salesforce saves us substantial time and manual effort. It has also been valuable to drill into specific rejection reasons and troubleshoot payment issues quickly. Another standout is customer support. The Tipalti team is responsive, collaborative, and consistent with follow-up.
