What I really appreciate about Tipalti is how much it has simplified and automated our finance operations. Before Tipalti, we were managing payments through a completely manual process in CashPro, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. Now, with invoice capture and OCR, duplicate bill detection, and PO matching, we’ve cut invoice processing time from about 30 minutes to roughly 5 minutes per invoice—an 83% reduction—while saving more than $60,000 annually. Our weekly AP workload also dropped from around 50 hours spread across three people to about 25 hours handled by a single analyst, and our AP close improved from 6–7 days down to just 1–2. The integration with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central keeps everything automatically in sync, from vendor records to invoices and payments. The vendor portal has been another major win: nearly all of our vendors handle their own onboarding and banking updates, which has dramatically reduced manual work and support requests. Tipalti’s tax compliance capabilities have been incredibly valuable as well, especially for W-9 and W-8 management during audits. On top of that, their support team has consistently been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance.

It allows us to seamless payments to the international client. I also like the invoice approval process, including the ability to approve invoices directly through email, which makes the workflow faster and more convenient.
