What I really like about Tipalti is how smooth and efficient things run overall. Setting up payees and processing payments has been straightforward, especially compared to what we dealt with before. One of the features I value most is the way payees can now navigate the payment and tax forms easily—early on, there were some challenges, but the improvements over time, like tweaks to the UI and helpful options for tax form mismatches, have made a big difference. The customer support is also a huge upside. Whether it’s the quick resolution of issues or helping us with unique requests, the team has been reliable. It’s also great that they pay attention to feedback for potential improvements. Overall, the system is reliable, intuitive, and backed by a team that really wants to help, which makes our job much easier.

What I like best about Tipalti is the level of automation it has brought to our AP process. We moved from manual payments to fully auto-synced payments, which has significantly improved efficiency and reduced manual effort. Vendor master data is also much more accurate now that suppliers can self-onboard and maintain their own information. As a result, duplicate payments have dropped to almost zero, giving us much greater confidence in our payment process.
