My prospects often like our product, they see a need, but they need that last justification for implementing Concur with their organization. I hear them mention the need for an ROI, but when I inquire on how that is formulated they are not always sure. This streamlines that process both for us as sales professionals, and for clients. The interface is easy to use and easy to transfer to a client facing format. It also adds credibility as we present the value of cloud based software, vs. presenting ROI on an excel spreadsheet!
