It helps with faster communication for patients

I am truly amazed of all the features. Uploading my lists so I see the name of the person who texts is just amazing. I also have my contacts student number which allows me to automatically connect my conversations in my CRM.

I use Text Request to communicate with my clients and really value that I can have multiple team members responding to the same text thread in one convenient dashboard. It's helpful that I can use my personal phone less for business. The autoreply feature is also great for letting my clients know when they're reaching out after hours. I appreciate the dashboard being so easy to use, allowing me to sort and organize my text threads in different ways based on my needs. I like that I can see my account, usage, and billing stats so easily online. The plan and billing are set up in a way that I can choose add-ons and expand my account as needed, providing great transparency. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, the experience has been very smooth.
