As a recruiter, I value how easily I can invite candidates to complete a task and set a clear deadline. The reminders are especially helpful - if someone doesn’t take the task on time, we can cancel it without incurring any test fees. The option to see the candidate’s photos while they work is also insightful; it often reveals a lot about the person and their attitude. In cooperation with my tech colleagues we don’t focus solely on the end result - thanks to the platform, we can track each candidate’s approach and thinking process, which is extremely valuable.The system provides information on whether someone cheated while completing the task, which allows us to be more vigilant towards that candidate. We have recently started to use the video proctoring - good to have this option, too! We also frequently refine tasks - particularly in the age of AI - to design assignments that can’t be completed using ChatGPT or similar tools.
