The critical reasoning tests give us a consistent, objective baseline before we invest time in interviews. We can compare candidates fairly regardless of how polished their CV is. The percentile scoring is particularly useful — a raw score means little on its own, but knowing a candidate scored in the 93rd percentile tells us something immediately. The platform is simple to set up, the candidate experience is clean, and results are easy to interpret. We also appreciate being able to combine different tests into custom assessments tailored to specific roles.
