I use FixMe.IT every day. I can't work without it!

I like that FixMe.IT is very user-friendly so I have no issues connecting with clients quickly. Most of my clients have zero issues opening a browser to get to the appropriate website. I also email clients with a link to make connecting with me easier.

Best Remote Support Application!

This app is great whether you are supporting someone for the first time or long time clients! There are several ways to use this remote support app, either by one use ( where it goes away after the session) or unattended clients who rather you work on their pc after hours. There are many features that allow for support of my clients, one of them is the ability to click on a UAC prompt and answer the question, many remote support apps don't allow for this and this is where Techinline shines.

Great Product for Remote support.

I like the fact that we can set it up for use by the team to be able to share resources to better enable remote support. The ease of use makes it very adaptable for all our team with very little footprint on the client machine for unattended setup.
