The AI features save me a lot of time as I no longer have to manually organize notes after meetings. It identifies key points, generates concise summaries, and turns action items into tasks that fit naturally into my workspace. It feels like having an intelligent assistant that helps keep my knowledge base organized and actionable. Tana solves the problem of scattered information by bringing notes, tasks, and project knowledge into a single connected system, and its AI helps structure notes, extract action items, and surface relevant information when I need it. Although there's a learning curve initially, I think the flexibility and AI-powered knowledge graph make it well worth the effort, significantly reducing the friction of managing complex projects.
