You Don't Need Qualtrics When You Have SurveySensum

As a CCXP, I am a massive advocate of closing the feedback loop, learning about customer insights in an authentic way as well as having a platform that is easy to use and transparent in its reporting, helping to keep me updated on results and customer's insights promptly. The support for SurveySensum has been more than I expected, and the team is wonderfully open to feedback regarding their future roadmap, which is exciting to see. The different survey templates and workflows have become imperative in the process of managing customer survey feedback and understanding where our wins and opportunities are. Having results being so visual through the dashboard, we also now can see our CX metrics are improving with more of the team getting on board to use SurveySensum and engaging with real-time feedback and insights coming through the platform.
