What I like most about Superleap is how it streamlines the entire student enquiry and admissions process from start to finish. Features like automated lead assignment, follow-up tracking, reporting dashboards, and AI-powered workflows help counsellors work more efficiently, stay organised, and make sure no enquiry slips through the cracks.

We are currently using SuperLeap CRM for our nutrition-based organization. Overall, the platform is supporting our business requirements effectively. The workflows are functioning well, and the team has been responsive in implementing the features and enhancements we request. The only challenge is that some of the backend workflows are relatively complex and may require a learning curve for users. Apart from this, we are satisfied with the system's performance, support, and customization capabilities.
