Product is user-friendly, their mcp is quite good - a lot of anaytics can be done via it which was a big blocker earlier with previous CRM tool, and their team is really great

I think the best thing about Superleap is that their team is very responsive and they pick up our requirements as and when we tell them, allowing us to customize the platform as per our needs, which wasn't possible with Salesforce. They are able to cater to our accounts, and the transition from Salesforce to Superleap was surprisingly smooth, with no hiccups and no major business impact.
