What stands out most is how flexible it is - we shaped the software around our business and processes, not the other way around. Instead of forcing us into a rigid template, it adapts to how we actually work. The interface is clean and fast. On top of that, a lot of the busywork is AI-assisted - quick summaries of each call - so we walk into every conversation better prepared and make faster, smarter decisions on where to focus. Onboarding was painless, and support has been responsive whenever we've needed them.
