The program’s structured modules break down the fundamentals of customer success into easy-to-digest segments that are targeted towards specific content. It provides not just videos and vocal recordings, but also worksheets and other materials to aid us in real-world practices. The inclusion of quiz questions, handouts, and charts as I worked through the modules was particularly beneficial. Additionally, the platform’s reasonable (discounted!) pricing for the level one modules at $49.50 offered incredible value, making it accessible without significant financial burden. This cost-effectiveness was a crucial factor that assisted my manager’s decision to utilize the platform. I really like how easy it is to get through the lessons. So many other courses can be cumbersome and clunky to use. SuccessCOACHING is super simple and straight forward. It also makes it easy to go back and review lessons if needed. I also like all the documentation they provide at the beginning of each section!
