The program recognizes that successful customer relationships are built through trust, active listening, and a genuine understanding of customer goals—not just through resolving issues or completing tasks. I also appreciate that the training provides practical frameworks that can be applied immediately in real customer conversations. As someone with a background in education and instructional coaching, I connect strongly with the program’s focus on guiding, supporting, and empowering others in a collaborative way.

I loved the workbooks because I could download them and annotate them while I watched the video lessons. They were designed in a visually pleasing way, and they made it easy for me to go back and refresh my understanding whenever I had a question.
