I love using Spiky because I don't have to take manual notes during my calls, which is a huge time saver. The ability to query real conversation data using their application and their MCP is exceptionally helpful. I really like being able to use AI to get answers about my calls by querying the transcript details. If I forget a detail, I can just ask the AI for an overview summary and it usually gives me what I need. Everyone on my team has been loving the AI features and the capability to query transcripts in real time. Setting it up was incredibly easy, and compared to our previous tool Fireflies, Spiky offers more AI capabilities, which helps us in amazing ways.
