It allows me to create multiple groups, chats and teams. There is no lag at all and it works smoothly. Staying in contact with team members is imperative in WFH world. Staying connected is very easy with it.

I like that I can chat with a person in real-time. Social Intent allows me to provide answers to hundreds of students on Microsoft Teams with ease. The online support is great as well.
