I love all of the reporting and the access to the Google business page. I’m still new into learning everything that I can do to update, but I feel like my world has been changed.

Soci has been evolving with the different social media platforms. They make posting easy because you can do it all in one spot. You can make andedit posts and schedual them all from the Soci dashboard, which is nice if you have more than one place the post is going.

One of the newer things I really like is how SOCi is using AI to make social media management much more efficient. Features like the Genius Social Agent can help generate on-brand content, respond to comments and messages, and automate publishing while still keeping everything consistent. I also like the improved reporting and compliance tools, which make it easier to manage multiple locations without sacrificing quality or brand standards.
