Smartling makes managing translations across multiple languages incredibly simple. The user interface is intuitive, and the workflow automation saves a huge amount of time. I especially appreciate the collaborative features that allow translators, reviewers, and developers to work seamlessly in the same platform. The integrations with CMS and code repositories are smooth, and customer support is always responsive and knowledgeable.

I use Smartling as our main platform for translations, and I really enjoy the automation it provides to reduce the time for translation delivery. I like the integrations Smartling has with GitHub and the flows they integrate into our processes. It's the best part because it allows us to seamlessly integrate our software flows with Smartling, saving time that would otherwise be spent on custom software and manual jobs. A GitHub pull request is automatically created, and the Smartling API supports that process.
