SmarterTrack provides real-time customer support

|SmarterTrack
SmarterTrack is an elegant application to communicate with customers, has an impeccable interface and with an incredibly easy-to-use self-service portal to handle the flow of incidents we receive daily. The most important thing is that it is not necessary to be a programmer to customize the platform, since all the functions are really documented so that only the steps should be followed.

Works well for our business.

|SmarterMail
Easy to use for our business application that has multiple users. There is an ease of learning and lots of things you can do with this software. You can even set up a function to see who is emailing what and receiving what which is so helpful when someone has lost an email. Autoresponders are great. Lots of good features.

One of the best stats tool in the market

|SmarterStats
For us is very intuitive and easy to use, and updates with new features are pretty frequent! Interface looks great. We use SmarterStats for clients who don't want or don't like to use Google Analytics. It's solid and never fails to collect stats as it should. All the software is clean and very easy to use
