Small Improvements: Intuitive, User-Friendly, and Sets the Standard for Feedback

|Small Improvements

Small Improvements sets the golden standard for feedback related processes. UI is good, easy to understand for users. Admin is easy, intuitive. Feedabck cycle setup is easy, can see a lot of thought has been put into making it easy to use. Good to see that they constantly reach into "what's next" in terms of value added. Happy customer of 5+ years :)
