Knowledgeable, responsive. I've thrown quite a few things at the Skydog team and they have always been able to come back a measured take on whether something is feasible or not. Even when a request may not be feasible in it's requested form they bring alternatives/suggestions on what action could be taken in it's place. There's never been a situation where the response was "Sorry we can't do that".

What stands out most is the breadth and depth of their CRM knowledge combined with their collaborative approach. No matter the challenge, they consistently bring the right expertise and practical recommendations to move projects forward. Because we've partnered with them for many years, they have developed a deep understanding of our business processes, goals, and technical landscape. This long-term relationship allows them to provide thoughtful guidance, ramp up quickly on new initiatives, and even assist with onboarding and training when needed. They truly feel like an extension of our internal team.

They are very hard-working and responsive. Many times I've had an idea that I did not know how to solve, and they've always been open to taking it back, doing some thinking, and coming up with creative proposals that I would not have been able to (or did not have the time to) come up with on my own.
