Responsiveness, timely work and excellent advise

We've been working with Skydog Ops for the past eight months on building out our Salesforce CRM, and I also had the opportunity to work with them at a prior firm. Their team is exceptional. They are highly responsive, deeply knowledgeable and genuinely enjoyable to work with. They took the time to understand our business and our objectives, then translated those into thoughtful, practical Salesforce solutions. Rather than prescribe a single approach, they consistently present multiple options, explain the tradeoffs and make recommendations based on what's best for us, not on any particular product or vendor. They are proactive, regularly solicit feedback, anticipate our needs, and have done an outstanding job keeping an ambitious project on track. They feel like an extension of our own team.
