i love the ability to customize the reporting features and its flexibility with roles and accounts. Also it is intuitive to use . Some of our staff were technichally challenged but took to this application well! we use this daily and have not had any issues with lag orlatency.. it has been very smooth. it is every easy to integrate into our workflow and has become a heavily relied upon tool.

I love that I can search other support partners, request resources, help with those needing resources in one location.
